President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael P. Doss is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to January 1, 2016, Mr. Doss held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer from May 20, 2015 through December 31, 2015, and Chief Operating Officer from January 1, 2014 until May 19, 2015. Prior to these positions, he served as the Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to this, Mr. Doss held the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer Packaging Division. Prior to March 2008, he served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Products Packaging of Graphic Packaging Corporation since September 2006. From July 2000 until September 2006, he was the Vice President of Operations, Universal Packaging Division. Mr. Doss was Director of Web Systems for the Universal Packaging Division prior to his promotion to Vice President of Operations. Since joining Graphic Packaging International Corporation in 1990, Mr. Doss has held positions of increasing management responsibility, including plant manager at the Gordonsville, TN and Wausau, WI plants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial marketing and a Master of Business Administration in finance, both from Western Michigan University. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s General Manager Program.

Mr. Doss serves on the Board of Directors for the American Forest & Paper Association, the Sustainable Forest Initiative, the Paper Recycling Coalition, the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Regal Rexnord Corporation, and the American Bird Conservancy. He also serves on The Carter Center Board of Councilors and the Woodruff Arts Center Board of Trustees, and he is active in the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Maggie Bidlingmaier

Executive Vice President and President, Americas

Maggie Bidlingmaier leads the Americas business unit and Global Innovation for Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Since joining in January 2022 as Executive Vice President and President, Americas, she has deployed a vision to advance commercial and operational excellence while accelerating the product innovation funnel. Ms. Bidlingmaier oversees the end-to-end business strategy to deliver a diversified packaging portfolio rooted in insights from consumers and leading household brands.

Ms. Bidlingmaier was most recently President, Performance Solutions, for Invista, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., where she drove growth across multimillion-dollar global businesses within the flooring, apparel and airbag fiber sectors. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Surfaces, at Invista, after a successful growth trajectory with Avery Dennison in global sales and marketing roles. Ms. Bidlingmaier holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

Senior Vice President, Sales - International

Jean-Francois Roche is the Senior Vice President, Sales-International, of Graphic Packaging International, LLC. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Roche served as Senior Vice President and President, EMEA from December 2019 through December 2021, and Vice President, Global Accounts from October 2018 through December 2019. From April 2015 through December 2019, Mr. Roche also served as the Vice President, Sales, EMEA Consumer Products. Mr. Roche joined Graphic Packaging in April 2015 from LGR Packaging where he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Prior to that Mr. Roche spent 25 years at A&R Packaging, a large Scandinavian-based multinational consumer packaging provider, working in positions of increasing responsibility culminating the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Roche also serves, since November 2017, as the President of ECMA, the European Carton Makers Association, Europe’s folding carton industry association.

Michelle M. Fitzpatrick, PhD, is Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for mitigating the Company’s risk from climate change impacts while executing our ESG strategy and communication platform. Prior to this role, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as the global sustainability leader at The Chemours Company and previously held roles within its Titanium Technologies business segment and corporate remediation function. Michelle holds a PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, along with an MSE in environmental engineering and BSE in chemical engineering from Tulane University.

Stephen R. Scherger is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. From October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, Mr. Scherger was the Senior Vice President, Finance. From April 2012 through September 2014, Mr. Scherger served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Packaging Division. Mr. Scherger joined Graphic Packaging Holding Company in April of 2012 from MeadWestvaco Corporation, where he served as President, Beverage and Consumer Electronics. Mr. Scherger was with MeadWestvaco Corporation from 1986 to 2012 and held positions including Vice President, Corporate Strategy; Vice President and General Manager, Beverage Packaging; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Papers Group; Vice President, Asia Pacific and Latin America Beverage Packaging; Chief Financial Officer, Beverage Packaging, and other executive level positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Business in Accounting from Bowling Green University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Scherger serves on the Board of Directors for Multi-Color Label Corporation, Middleby Corporation, Junior Achievement of Georgia, the United Way of Greater Atlanta as Past Chairman, and the Paperboard Packaging Council as Past Chairman.
