Lynn A. Wentworth

Lynn A. Wentworth joined the Company’s Board on November 18, 2009. Ms. Wentworth is the former Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BlueLinx Holdings, Inc., a building products distributor, where she served from January 2007 until February 2008. Prior to joining BlueLinx, she was, most recently, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BellSouth Corporation’s Communications Group and held various other positions there from 1985 until 2007. She is a certified public accountant. Ms. Wentworth was elected to the Board of Directors of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. on June 25, 2021, and to the Board of Directors of Lineage, Inc., a privately-held cold storage REIT on July 1, 2022. Lineage later became a public company on July 25, 2024 and Ms. Wentworth currently serves as its Lead Independent Director. She also is the Chair of the Audit Committee of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. Ms. Wentworth is the former Chairman of the Board of Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and Cyrus One, Inc., and the former Chair of the Audit and Finance Committees for both Cinncinnati Bell and Cyrus One.
