Graphic Packaging Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA, May 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Graphic Packaging Holding Company's (NYSE: GPK) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share.  The dividend is payable on July 5, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2019.
